At Tamed & Wild we’re looking for a freelance person to join our team to document salon happenings and keep our social channels fresh and up to date. We’re a busy salon based in Fishponds, Bristol and specialise in natural and curly hair. We use plant based products that are cruelty free and this flows throughout our entire businesses ethos. 

We create a welcoming and supportive space for our clients, our stylists are a huge part of who we are and what we believe in. We’re also proud to offer a fully functioning treatment room that’s populated by some of the best massage and beauty therapists in the city.

We’re looking for a social media specialist with a growth mindset who is able to help us with mixed media content: video is a must. We’re looking to work with a self starting freelance social media specialist to work four days per month to deliver the following: 

• Content that aligns with our defined social media strategy

• Create and publish video content, static imagery and graphic content that aligns with our ethos and look and feel. 

• Write the captions for our social posts 

• Help launch our TikTok channel 

• Upload all content 

• Make recommendations based on content performance

• Respond to comments and escalate where needed

• Help produce and collate salon stories for our monthly newsletters 

• Communicate with salon directors to ensure content is approved and ready to launch. 

• Assist with boosting posts and creating ad campaigns when needed. 

This contract starts with a one month trial with a view for being extended.
